We had heard many stories of several couples bidding on the same house, astounding overbids, and other difficulties one could encounter. We met Suzanne at an open house at which she was representing the seller. Although that particular house was not one we thought was our "dream house", Suzanne was very kind and personable. She asked us what we were looking for and we gave her our list of criteria. About 2 weeks later she called us and said she knew of a house that was about to be put on the market and told us that she could arrange for us to see it immediately. Suzanne drew up our offer and submitted it to the agent, and two days later it was accepted by the seller. Suzanne arranged for a top-notch home inspector to check the house, and she also arranged for me to be present so I could ask for clarifications on any item he might find. The house was very sound except for a few items to be fixed that we considered minor. There was a second inspection as well: the pest inspection, which is done to check for termites, wood rot, and other such pest-caused damage. Again, there were no major faults. We accepted both inspection reports without requesting any price concession from the seller. We arranged for financing and scheduled the escrow closing within a short time period. Suzanne handled all the many transaction arrangements so that the whole process was smooth and fast. Suzanne responds to every inquiry quickly and correctly. She is a pleasure to work with, and she is a thorough professional. If we were recommending a realtor in the towns in which Suzanne works, we would definitely recommend Suzanne Scott! She will provide first-class services and she will do it with kindness and consideration of the client's needs.
Suzanne was our agent for our recent house purchase. We have nothing but praise for her. She was tireless in helping us find the perfect house.
